Our activities are open to all persons able to swim and having no medical counter indication to the practice of sports. (no kayak experience required !)
The renter needs to assure that children under 18 that want to participate do not have any medical counter-indication to the practice of sports and needs to present for each of them a swimming certificate and an autorization of their parents.

The participant acknowledges the present conditions, as well as all safety information provided to him.
In case of a group inscription, the organizer acknowledges and approuve these conditions to the entire group.

Reservation will be confirmed once the renters contract has been completed, signed and the deposit (representing 30% of the total price) received. For the group reservations, if the’re less participants as predicted, the organiser needs to inform Vives-Eaux at least 2 days in advance.
If not , each reserved place is due.

For security, meteorological or participant’s physical aptitude reasons, Vives-Eaux each takes the right to modify or to adapt the program.
In this case, the participants will not receive refund. Organisers or teachers only are capable of deciding of an eventual modification of the program. The activities will be transferred to a different location or replaced another day as far as possible.
An entire refund will be granted if cancellation of the prestation can’t be reported on a different place or day.

In case of cancellation :
- There will be an entire refund of the deposit at the reception of a recommended letter at least 8 days before the activity date.
- The deposit is reported, as a function of Vives-Eaux disponibilities, on another date of the year at the reception of a recommended letter at least 8 days before the activity date.
- If the cancellation is done less than 2 days before the activity, the deposit won’t be refunded nor reported.

Vives-Eaux is reponsable for the kayaking activity from the moment that it receives the participants until the end of the session (whose end time will be communicated at the beginning of the activity).
The entire kayaking activity (the teaching, the security, the insurance) is exclusively under the responsibility of Vives-Eaux.
The participants need to listen to the teacher’s advice during the activity.
All persons deemed to be behaving dangerously will have to stop the activity immediatly.
The teacher has the right to cancel an excursion if the security conditions aren’t met or under exceptional conditions.

Vives-Eaux has subscribed to a contract of civil responsibility insurance specific to the teaching of sea kayaking with the company AGF. This insurance is included in the prices.

In case of litigation resulting from the interpretation of this contract, of it’s execution or of its. It is formally agreed upon that the competent tribunal will be Belle Ile en Mer.
